With over 28 years of combined experience in both carrier operations and regional brokerage houses, she has profound understanding of how process impacts outcome. Her desire to deliver a sustainable benefits program is evident in her strategy and execution.
Prior to joining Panorama, Cecille held various leadership roles at EPIC, Crystal-Alliant & Heffernan, she was tasked with the management of the sales and service operations that include mentoring the teams in both business development and client retention.
