As Chief Executive Officer, Shivam’s commitment to our employees, clients, and culture define his leadership. Shivam brings a diverse background of financial services industry experience, with a specialty focus on the insurance sector, attained through various roles in private equity, investment banking, and accounting, all of which involved working to devise and execute customized solutions for clients.

Prior to joining Panorama, Shivam was a member of the investment team at BlackRock where he worked to identify and evaluate investment opportunities. Prior to that, Shivam held positions as an investor at Tennenbaum Capital Partners, investment banker at RBC Capital Markets, and accountant at RSM McGladrey.

As Chief People and Administrative Officer, Christen brings over 20 years of progressive experience as a Human Resources professional. She brings unique perspective to the areas of HR strategy and vision, organizational design and development, leadership and employee development, compensation, rewards and recognition, and employee wellness. Christen is a proven partner trusted to deliver counsel that drives business and human capital strategy, yielding increased employee engagement. Christen is most passionate about creating an environment in which every employee can bring their whole self to work.

Prior to joining Panorama, Christen served as a Director with CFO Systems, providing HR consulting services to small and mid-sized businesses nationwide. She excels at laying the foundation for small companies to grow, providing the right infrastructure at the right time to position them for success. She also provided senior human resources leadership for critical functions within First Data, now Fiserv. She partnered with the Chief Control Officer and her global organization of approximately 600 compliance, credit-risk, internal audit, and risk management professionals. Other roles included HR support for IT, Shared Services, and sales.

Elizabeth Hammack is an Agency Principal and Head of Network and Strategic Relationships at Panorama Insurance Associates, where she works alongside the CEO to help lead the company’s affiliate agency network, carrier relationships, strategic partnerships, and enterprise growth initiatives. She plays a central role in strengthening Panorama’s independent agency platform, supporting affiliate growth, expanding carrier and market access, and aligning legal, operational, regulatory, and commercial strategy across the organization.

Elizabeth brings a rare combination of insurance industry leadership, corporate legal judgment, M&A experience, governance expertise, and sophisticated financial-services background. At Panorama, she advises on affiliate agency relationships, book and asset purchases, regulatory and licensing matters, carrier-facing initiatives, contract strategy, and risk management. Her work sits at the intersection of growth, execution, compliance, and relationship management — areas that are critical to preserving affiliate trust, carrier confidence, and enterprise value through a transaction and post-closing integration.

Elizabeth earned her B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley and holds both J.D. and M.B.A. degrees from the University of Southern California. She is an active member of the California State Bar, a qualified English solicitor, and a member of the Law Society of England and Wales. She is a National Association of Corporate Directors Governance Fellow and a graduate of the Stanford Fiduciary College program. Elizabeth also holds Property & Casualty, Life/Health, and Surplus Lines insurance licenses and serves as a designated producer for Panorama in all 50 states.

As Chief Financial Officer, Joseph leads our accounting and finance operations and brings over 25 years of results driven experience providing strong leadership, strategic, operational, and financial expertise while increasing efficiencies and growing profitability. Throughout his career, Joseph has demonstrated exceptional financial management and integrity; dynamic, progressive business management and strategy; and comprehensive operational design and efficiency.

Prior to joining Panorama, Joseph held CFO positions in several industries including insurance, renewable energy, manufacturing/distribution, oil and gas and real estate. Most notable, was his most recent position as CFO of Venbrook, a top 50 property & casualty agency.

Joseph earned his MBA from the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California and his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Accounting from Merrimack College.

As Chief Operating Officer, John leads operational strategy across both Panorama Insurance Associates and the Panorama Affiliate Network. He oversees key business functions including agency operations, commissions, data services, workflow optimization, and the systems that support a seamless experience for affiliates, carrier partners, and internal teams. His focus is on building scalable processes, improving operational efficiency, and delivering the infrastructure that helps independent agencies grow and succeed.

With more than 26 years of brokerage and insurance carrier experience, along with an additional 8+ years in the banking industry focused on client experience and operational excellence, John brings a unique perspective to balancing service, strategy, and execution. He has developed an extensive network of industry relationships that continues to strengthen Panorama's carrier partnerships, operational programs, and long-term growth initiatives.

Prior to joining Panorama, John served as Chief Operating Officer for Peter C. Foy & Associates/PCF Insurance Services and previously held the role of Director of Account Management for UnitedHealthcare (UHC). His leadership continues to drive innovation and operational excellence across the Panorama organization and Affiliate Network.

As Executive Director of Accounting, Joshua directly supports Panorama’s CFO and is responsible for leading the company’s corporate accounting team. He brings over 11 years of experience in the production and analysis of financials. Throughout his career, Joshua has been involved in all aspects of corporate accounting functions and has shown the ability to identify and solve problems.

Prior to joining Panorama, Joshua held accounting positions in several industries including government, technology, media, Logistics, and distribution. Most notable is his prior position as Accounting Supervisor at Laundrylux, a leading supplier of commercial laundry equipment. Joshua earned his MBA and Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Southern University A&M College in Baton Rouge, LA

As Vice President, Accounting, Graham holds a lead role in agency billing and direct billing for Panorama, and he brings over 25 years of experience to his position, beginning his career in 2001 at Professional Insurance Associates.

Graham began his role at PIA as an Accounting Assistant, and now Graham oversees Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, as well as performs a role as a customer service representative. Graham holds a bachelor’s degree from San Francisco State Universit

As Executive Director of Human Resources, Pamela supports the Panorama People Team. She has over 10 years in the Human Resources profession and has been SHRM certified since 2019. Pamela’s passion is her people. She firmly believes that taking care of the Panorama Team will be positively reflected in all areas of our business. Pamela is dedicated to growth, employee relations, and collaboration. As an active member of SAHRA, she continually strives to network and obtain strategic plans to enhance the workday for all employees.

Prior to joining the Panorama Team, Pamela served as the Human Resources and Risk Management Specialist, overseeing numerous Human resource tasks ranging from recruiting to employee engagement for a small school district. Pamela previously worked in the Claims capacity for over 10 years.

As Executive Director, Communications & Events, Paige develops marketing strategies to help increase brand awareness and leads the company event initiatives, from concept to production. Paige is the creative mind behind the Panorama branding, bringing the company’s vision to life.

Prior to joining Panorama, Paige served as Donor Relations & Events Manager for a prestigious Jewish school, where she cultivated invaluable donor relationships to promote engagement and ensured the success of the annual fundraising events. Paige also has experience in managing Health & Wellness clinics where she learned the importance of whole person healing, focusing on biological, behavioral, social, and environmental wellness, bringing these key components into her everyday lifestyle. Paige graduated from Pepperdine University with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology & Sports Medicine.

As Managing Director, Carrier Relationships, Dean brings more than 30 years of insurance sales and distribution experience, including 18 years on the broker/agent side and the past 12 years with insurance carriers. His extensive background provides a unique perspective on building strategic partnerships that create long-term value for agencies, carriers, and clients alike.

At Panorama, Dean is focused on strengthening relationships with carrier partners, expanding market access through new carrier and wholesale partnerships, negotiating strategic agreements, and ensuring carriers remain informed and engaged with Panorama's business model and the solutions we provide. He works closely with carrier leadership to identify new opportunities, develop innovative programs, and create collaborative partnerships that help independent agencies remain competitive in an evolving marketplace.

Prior to joining Panorama, Dean served as Agency Marketing Manager and Director of Sales at Oregon Mutual, where he worked closely with agency groups and played a key role in developing and expanding strategic distribution partnerships, successfully increasing production year over year. Throughout his insurance career, he has also held positions with Employers Insurance Group, Kemper Preferred, CNA, and Mission Counties Insurance Agency, Inc.

As Vice President of Property and Casualty, Wendy draws on 26 years of industry experience to lead our Personal Lines team of Account Managers and data-support staff, while navigating a challenging insurance marketplace. Bridging the relationship between our staff, our affiliates, and our carriers, Wendy works diligently to bring products and solutions to our clients.

Wendy received a Bachelor of Science from Texas Tech University. She began her insurance career at USAA, then spent 14 years as the Senior Underwriter at WIAA before joining PIA as the Manager of Personal Lines in 2017. She is a licensed Property and Casualty Broker, as well as Surplus Lines Broker.

As Vice President of the Marketing department, Terri is focused on managing the Commercial Marketing team as we prepare for future growth.

Prior to joining Panorama, Terri worked at Networked Insurance Agents for more than 20 years as a Commercial Lines account manager handling all lines of coverage. Prior to her account management role, Terri handled Agency bill accounting for several years. She obtained her Property and Casualty License in 2008.

As Vice President, Property & Casualty, Barbara brings a high level of expertise to Panorama, and she believes in putting clients first by earning their trust with professionalism, knowledge, and best practices.

Prior to joining Panorama, Barbara started in the insurance business as a receptionist at a small Indiana agency at the age of 17, eventually becoming the owner. She has served on several insurance company agency advisory boards, as well as two crop insurance agency advisory boards. Barbara holds a Property & Casualty license, as well as Life & Health.

As Vice President of the Property and Casualty Retail Team, Jeff is focused on new business production and servicing existing clients throughout California.

Prior to joining Panorama, Jeff served as Vice President, Property and Casualty for NFP Property and Casualty Services Inc. where he was responsible for new business production and client retention. In addition to his sales role, Jeff led marketing efforts to optimize the Western Regions relationships with its Wholesale Partners. Jeff is a California native, born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area and a graduate of California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo

As Managing Director, Cecille oversees the Employee Benefits Division with a focus on client growth, retention, and the ongoing development of strategic initiatives that support both Panorama and its Affiliate Network. She leads the design, execution, and management of complex employee benefits programs while driving long-term value for clients through customized solutions and exceptional service. With more than 28 years of experience spanning both insurance carrier operations and regional brokerage firms, Cecille brings a deep understanding of how process, strategy, and execution work together to deliver successful outcomes.

In addition to leading the Benefits Team, Cecille plays a key role in helping Panorama affiliates diversify and strengthen their books of business through the Panorama One Solution Benefits Program. By providing in-house expertise across Employee Benefits and Life Insurance products, her team enables affiliates to expand their service offerings without building an internal benefits department. Panorama manages the full lifecycle—from quoting and placement to implementation, servicing, and renewals—allowing affiliates to retain the client relationship while creating new cross-selling opportunities, increasing retention, and generating additional recurring revenue.

Prior to joining Panorama, Cecille held leadership positions with EPIC, Crystal-Alliant, and Heffernan, where she managed sales and service operations while mentoring teams in business development and client retention

As Managing Director of Placement & Affiliate Relations, Shawna McDonald leads two critical areas of Panorama: the Placement Department and the Affiliate Network. She oversees Panorama's internal placement and service teams, helping affiliates navigate complex risks, strengthen carrier relationships, and deliver efficient, high-quality solutions for their clients. In addition, Shawna leads the Affiliate Relations program, focusing on agency growth, engagement, onboarding, and the overall affiliate experience.

Shawna brings more than 20 years of Property & Casualty experience, with deep expertise in commercial real estate and construction. As a former Panorama affiliate and Advisory Panel member, she offers a unique firsthand perspective on the opportunities and challenges independent agencies face. Holding both CIC and CRM designations, along with extensive operational knowledge of EPIC and ARC, Shawna effectively connects strategy, technology, and execution.

Her focus is on enhancing placement operations, supporting agency growth and education, strengthening affiliate retention, and ensuring agencies have the resources, guidance, and strategic partnership they need to build long-term success.

With over 25 years of dedicated service at Panorama Insurance Associates, Mike Abdelmessih brings a wealth of experience and industry insight to his role as Senior Associates, Placement and Affiliate Success Partner. Mike plays a critical role in the commercial insurance placement process—pre-underwriting submissions, negotiating competitive rates with carriers, and delivering tailored proposals that support brokers and agents in securing optimal coverage for their clients. His deep understanding of carrier appetites, market trends, and pricing strategies has made him a trusted resource across the Panorama network. Mike’s involvement in key marketing and team lead meetings ensures that coverage accuracy and market competitiveness remain at the forefront of Panorama’s commercial offerings.

In his expanded role as an Affiliate Success Partner, Mike is the primary point of contact for a dedicated portfolio of affiliate agencies. He provides strategic guidance, facilitates quarterly performance reviews, and offers curated market and product recommendations that drive agency growth. With a commitment to responsiveness and collaboration, Mike fosters meaningful relationships with affiliates, carrier partners, and internal teams alike. He actively promotes cross-selling opportunities, monitors agent performance metrics, and helps shape the affiliate experience through participation in Panorama’s Advisory Panel initiatives. Known for his energy, professionalism, and signature presence as the “Voice of God” at company events, Mike is a motivating team player who brings both results and personality to every aspect of his work.

With nearly 25 years in the insurance industry—including 15 years at Panorama Insurance Associates—Wade Eva brings deep expertise, market knowledge, and a solution-oriented approach to his dual role as Senior Associate, Placement and Affiliate Success Partner. Wade specializes in hard-to-place risks and unique market segments, including large winery operations, farm and agricultural business, bonds, monoline commercial auto, and challenging lessors risk placements. Prior to joining Panorama, Wade spent eight years with Castle Insurance in Redwood City, building a strong foundation in both personal and commercial lines that continues to inform his strategic placement decisions today.

As an Affiliate Success Partner, Wade serves as a trusted advisor and point of contact for a select group of affiliate agencies. He provides ongoing performance insights, market guidance, and customized recommendations to help affiliates maximize their access to Panorama’s carrier relationships and program offerings. Wade is actively involved in the rollout and strategic development of the Affiliate Relations Team, ensuring affiliates receive the highest level of service and engagement. He also plays a key role in affiliate programming, quarterly reviews, and the promotion of cross-sell opportunities across Panorama’s full portfolio of services. With his collaborative spirit, technical expertise, and long-standing industry relationships, Wade is committed to helping Panorama affiliates thrive in a competitive and ever-evolving marketplace.
