Shivam brings a diverse background of financial services industry experience, with a specialty focus on the insurance sector, attained through various roles in private equity, investment banking, and accounting, all of which involved working to devise and execute customized solutions for clients.

Prior to joining Panorama, Shivam was a member of the investment team at BlackRock where he worked to identify and evaluate investment opportunities. Prior to that, Shivam held positions as an investor at Tennenbaum Capital Partners, investment banker at RBC Capital Markets, and accountant at RSM McGladrey.

Christen is a proven partner trusted to deliver counsel that drives business and human capital strategy, yielding increased employee engagement. Christen is most passionate about creating an environment in which every employee can bring their whole self to work.

Prior to joining Panorama, Christen served as a Director with CFO Systems, providing HR consulting services to small and mid-sized businesses nationwide. She excels at laying the foundation for small companies to grow, providing the right infrastructure at the right time to position them for success. She also provided senior human resources leadership for critical functions within First Data, now Fiserv. She partnered with the Chief Control Officer and her global organization of approximately 600 compliance, credit-risk, internal audit, and risk management professionals. Other roles included HR support for IT, Shared Services, and sales.

Elizabeth Hammack is an Agency Principal and Head of Network and Strategic Relationships at Panorama Insurance Associates, where she works alongside the CEO to help lead the company’s affiliate agency network, carrier relationships, strategic partnerships, and enterprise growth initiatives. She plays a central role in strengthening Panorama’s independent agency platform, supporting affiliate growth, expanding carrier and market access, and aligning legal, operational, regulatory, and commercial strategy across the organization.

Elizabeth brings a rare combination of insurance industry leadership, corporate legal judgment, M&A experience, governance expertise, and sophisticated financial-services background. At Panorama, she advises on affiliate agency relationships, book and asset purchases, regulatory and licensing matters, carrier-facing initiatives, contract strategy, and risk management. Her work sits at the intersection of growth, execution, compliance, and relationship management — areas that are critical to preserving affiliate trust, carrier confidence, and enterprise value through a transaction and post-closing integration.

Elizabeth earned her B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley and holds both J.D. and M.B.A. degrees from the University of Southern California. She is an active member of the California State Bar, a qualified English solicitor, and a member of the Law Society of England and Wales. She is a National Association of Corporate Directors Governance Fellow and a graduate of the Stanford Fiduciary College program. Elizabeth also holds Property & Casualty, Life/Health, and Surplus Lines insurance licenses and serves as a designated producer for Panorama in all 50 states.

Throughout his career, Joseph has demonstrated exceptional financial management and integrity; dynamic, progressive business management and strategy; and comprehensive operational design and efficiency.

Prior to joining Panorama, Joseph held CFO positions in several industries including insurance, renewable energy, manufacturing/distribution, oil and gas and real estate. Most notable, was his most recent position as CFO of Venbrook, a top 50 property & casualty agency.

Joseph earned his MBA from the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California and his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Accounting from Merrimack College.

His focus is on building scalable processes, improving operational efficiency, and delivering the infrastructure that helps independent agencies grow and succeed.

With more than 26 years of brokerage and insurance carrier experience, along with an additional 8+ years in the banking industry focused on client experience and operational excellence, John brings a unique perspective to balancing service, strategy, and execution. He has developed an extensive network of industry relationships that continues to strengthen Panorama's carrier partnerships, operational programs, and long-term growth initiatives.

Prior to joining Panorama, John served as Chief Operating Officer for Peter C. Foy & Associates/PCF Insurance Services and previously held the role of Director of Account Management for UnitedHealthcare (UHC). His leadership continues to drive innovation and operational excellence across the Panorama organization and Affiliate Network.

Prior to joining Panorama, Joshua held accounting positions in several industries including government, technology, media, Logistics, and distribution. Most notable is his prior position as Accounting Supervisor at Laundrylux, a leading supplier of commercial laundry equipment. At Panorama, Dean is focused on strengthening relationships with carrier partners, expanding market access through new carrier and wholesale partnerships, negotiating strategic agreements, and ensuring carriers remain informed and engaged with Panorama's business model and the solutions we provide. He works closely with carrier leadership to identify new opportunities, develop innovative programs, and create collaborative partnerships that help independent agencies remain competitive in an evolving marketplace.

Prior to joining Panorama, Dean served as Agency Marketing Manager and Director of Sales at Oregon Mutual, where he worked closely with agency groups and played a key role in developing and expanding strategic distribution partnerships, successfully increasing production year over year. Throughout his insurance career, he has also held positions with Employers Insurance Group, Kemper Preferred, CNA, and Mission Counties Insurance Agency, Inc.

Bridging the relationship between our staff, our affiliates, and our carriers, Wendy works diligently to bring products and solutions to our clients.

Wendy received a Bachelor of Science from Texas Tech University. She began her insurance career at USAA, then spent 14 years as the Senior Underwriter at WIAA before joining PIA as the Manager of Personal Lines in 2017. She is a licensed Property and Casualty Broker, as well as Surplus Lines Broker.

With more than 28 years of experience spanning both insurance carrier operations and regional brokerage firms, Cecille brings a deep understanding of how process, strategy, and execution work together to deliver successful outcomes.

In addition to leading the Benefits Team, Cecille plays a key role in helping Panorama affiliates diversify and strengthen their books of business through the Panorama One Solution Benefits Program. By providing in-house expertise across Employee Benefits and Life Insurance products, her team enables affiliates to expand their service offerings without building an internal benefits department. Panorama manages the full lifecycle—from quoting and placement to implementation, servicing, and renewals—allowing affiliates to retain the client relationship while creating new cross-selling opportunities, increasing retention, and generating additional recurring revenue.

In addition, Shawna leads the Affiliate Relations program, focusing on agency growth, engagement, onboarding, and the overall affiliate experience.

Shawna brings more than 20 years of Property & Casualty experience, with deep expertise in commercial real estate and construction. As a former Panorama affiliate and Advisory Panel member, she offers a unique firsthand perspective on the opportunities and challenges independent agencies face. Holding both CIC and CRM designations, along with extensive operational knowledge of EPIC and ARC, Shawna effectively connects strategy, technology, and execution.

Wade specializes in hard-to-place risks and unique market segments, including large winery operations, farm and agricultural business, bonds, monoline commercial auto, and challenging lessors risk placements. Prior to joining Panorama, Wade spent eight years with Castle Insurance in Redwood City, building a strong foundation in both personal and commercial lines that continues to inform his strategic placement decisions today.

As an Affiliate Success Partner, Wade serves as a trusted advisor and point of contact for a select group of affiliate agencies. He provides ongoing performance insights, market guidance, and customized recommendations to help affiliates maximize their access to Panorama’s carrier relationships and program offerings. Wade is actively involved in the rollout and strategic development of the Affiliate Relations Team, ensuring affiliates receive the highest level of service and engagement. He also plays a key role in affiliate programming, quarterly reviews, and the promotion of cross-sell opportunities across Panorama’s full portfolio of services.
