S. Troy Bagwell

Executive Vice President & Managing Director of National Property & Casualty Operations

As Executive Vice President & Managing Director, National Property & Casualty Operations, Troy is an officer on Panorama’s executive leadership team.  He initiates and leads the overall strategies for the company’s Property & Casualty division. Along with the rest of the executive team, Troy will focus on corporate growth strategies, program development, claims management, enterprise risk and financial consulting operations across the country.  

Troy will also focus on strategic acquisition opportunities, recruiting, hiring, and developing sales and service teams in his division, while also serving as a Senior Executive Advisor to those teams and clients, developing and ensuring client deliverables are not only met, but exceed our client’s expectations. Troy will have a key emphasis on building and maintaining our partner carrier and vendor relationships across the country, which allows us to develop individual and regional alternative risk and specialty niche programs, while also creating dedicated service teams for those specialties around the country. 

For nearly 35 years, Troy has represented a diverse set of clients ranging from Fortune 1000 to small local businesses and non-profits, as well as very high net worth individuals. Dedicated to the highest levels of technical expertise, client service with a sense of urgency and a single mindedness of the client’s needs above all else.  He has earned a reputation for his product and coverage expertise, problem solving, team building and collaborative leadership with an uncompromising commitment to service and high ethical standards. 

Prior to joining Panorama Risk & Insurance Solutions LLC, Troy held senior and regional leadership positions at large regional and national brokerage firms including James Econn & Co., Brown & Brown, CBIZ, Marsh & McLennan, and most recently PCF Insurance Services. 

While completing his undergraduate studies, he earned a full scholarship to the Professional Insurance Agents (PIA) School of Insurance & Risk Management at Pepperdine University in Malibu, California, and has earned multiple industry specific designations.
